2. Orders and Payments

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

  • Shipping times may vary based on destination and postal service delays.

  • Crochet Creations cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or delayed once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier; however, we are happy to assist in providing proof of purchase and confirmation of transfer to the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Because all items are handmade, please read the following return policy carefully:

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

  • Return postage is paid by the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
